Koopress went a step further and – through valuation, which allowed for creating a hierarchical map of all positions within the organisation – implemented a system of basic salaries based on clear and objective criteria related to the employees’ competence and responsibilities. This system contributes to an increase in commitment and better results, giving the staff a sense of fairness and security.
